Welcome to the Airline Fare website (“Airline Fare”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This website (referred to as the “Site”) is operated exclusively by us to help users collect travel-related information, check the availability of travel products and services, make valid reservations, or conduct transactions with travel vendors. The Site is not to be used for any other purposes.
By accessing or using the Site—whether you’re browsing for information or making bookings through the website or by calling our support center—you agree to follow and be legally bound by the terms listed here. If you disagree with any of these terms, you should not use our Site or make any bookings through it.
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes have been made signifies your acceptance of the updated terms. Please revisit this page regularly to stay informed about any updates.

100% Safe Shopping Promise
At Airline Fare, your online security is our priority. Our servers utilize Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology, which works seamlessly with major web browsers such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and others. This technology ensures that only Airline Fare can access your personal data.
We assure you that every transaction on our Site is secure. In the rare event that unauthorized use of your credit card occurs due to purchases made through Airline Fare, you won’t be held responsible for the charges.
Online shopping at Airline Fare is statistically more secure than handing over your credit card in person at restaurants or stores. Experts agree that digital transactions are safer, as data is instantly encrypted and sent through secure systems, without human intervention.
Like millions of other online shoppers, you can trust Airline Fare for safe and convenient travel purchases. We believe that once you make a successful transaction on our platform, you’ll appreciate the ease and security of booking from the comfort of your home.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your credit card issuer can’t hold you liable for more than $50 in fraudulent charges. If you’re ever charged this amount due to unauthorized use and it was not your fault while using Airline Fare’s secure payment system, we will reimburse you for the full $50. If such an incident occurs, you must contact your card issuer immediately.

SUPPLIER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your travel booking through Airline Fare is also subject to the terms and conditions set by each respective service provider or travel supplier.
We urge you to carefully review the supplier’s policies. For instance, if you’ve booked airline travel, make sure to read the full conditions of carriage provided by the airline, which are typically available on their official website. By completing a reservation, you agree to comply with all purchase-related terms—including, but not limited to, timely payment obligations and rules surrounding service usage, availability, and pricing.
Travel services like airfare are only confirmed once payment is processed and tickets are issued. Suppliers, including airlines and hotels, may change prices at any time without prior notice. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of your reservation.
Hotels may also require a credit card or cash deposit at check-in to cover incidentals or extra charges during your stay. This deposit is separate from any payment you have made to us. We are not liable for any inconvenience or expense that may arise from relocation by the supplier.
Certain third-party providers offering services or activities (e.g., tours, excursions, or recreational experiences) may require you to sign a waiver of liability before participation. You acknowledge that any violation of a supplier’s terms may lead to the cancellation of your reservation, denial of service, forfeiture of payments, or charges to your account for damages we incur as a result of that violation.
Airline Fare may occasionally offer the option to book two one-way tickets instead of a round-trip ticket. These combined one-way fares may provide increased flexibility and cost savings, and can include flights on the same or different carriers. However, each ticket in such a combination is governed by its own rules and fee structure. If changes, delays, or cancellations affect one leg of a combined itinerary, the customer is solely responsible for handling any changes or fees associated with the other leg of the trip.
TERMINATION
Airline Fare reserves the right to suspend or revoke your access to our Services at any time, at our sole discretion. If you have been informed by us that you are no longer permitted to use the Services, you are not authorized to access or use them in any manner. Any attempt to do so thereafter will be considered unauthorized and may be unlawful. We also reserve the right to cancel any bookings or transactions made by you after such prohibition has been communicated, with no liability on our part.
FEES AND EXCEPTIONS
“Domestic Travel” refers to travel occurring within the United States and Canada.
“International Travel” includes any travel to or from destinations outside of the United States and Canada.
“Passenger Type” may include adult, child, infant, senior, student, youth, and military categories.
ONLINE BOOKING SERVICE FEE:
For most airfare purchases made online, Airline Fare applies a standard booking service charge of approximately $30 per person, across all passenger types and for both domestic and international travel. Please note that this amount is subject to change without notice. The total price displayed at checkout is the final amount payable, inclusive of all service fees and discounts. If you do not agree with the final total, you are not obligated to proceed with the booking.
Billing Note: Your credit card may be charged in multiple transactions, but the total combined amount will not exceed the agreed total. All transaction-related service fees are strictly non-refundable.
CHANGES TO EXISTING BOOKINGS
Modifications to confirmed itineraries are often limited and are subject to the airline’s fare rules and restrictions—whichever policy is stricter. In many cases, tickets, hotels, rental cars, travel packages, and cruises booked through Airline Fare may not allow for changes in travel dates or passenger names after completion of the booking. Airline Fare does not guarantee or accept responsibility for any booking that cannot be honored due to itinerary changes requested by the customer or initiated by the travel supplier.
EXCHANGE FEES
If your ticket is eligible for changes, an exchange fee will be applied by Airline Fare, in addition to any penalties charged by the airline and fare differences (if applicable). To determine your exact exchange cost, please contact our customer support center. Fees are subject to revision without notice, and our agents will inform you of the most current rates during your call.
CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES
Most airline tickets sold through Airline Fare are non-refundable. However, in certain cases where cancellation is permitted by the airline, the ticket value may be retained as credit for future travel with the same airline by the same traveler. Such credits are usually time-limited and subject to strict terms.
Cancellations must be made before the scheduled departure time of the first flight segment by contacting our customer service team. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $50 per person per ticket will be charged by Airline Fare at the time of cancellation.
The airline-issued credit will have an expiration date. Please confirm this date with our agent to ensure you use it before it becomes invalid. When you’re ready to rebook, you’ll be responsible for any fare difference, airline penalties, and Airline Fare’s exchange fee. All changes are governed by airline policies and are outside Airline Fare’s control. We make no guarantees regarding change fees or eligibility. For refund eligibility, please review our Refunds Policy. For changes in travel dates or routes, see our Change Policy.
MULTI-AIRLINE ITINERARIES
If your booking includes flights from multiple airlines, be aware that each airline’s rules and policies will apply independently. This includes variations in baggage fees, refund policies, and change restrictions. If one leg of your trip is affected by a schedule change or cancellation, the other airline is not obligated to adjust or refund the unaffected segment.
In these cases, it’s important that you comply with the terms of each airline involved—including baggage policies and check-in requirements, which may differ. We strongly advise printing all flight confirmations for both outbound and return legs of your trip. Some airlines may require proof of return travel at check-in.
CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY
Most bookings made through Airline Fare—including airline tickets, hotel stays, prepaid car rentals, vacation packages, and service fees—are strictly non-refundable.
All cancellation requests must be made over the phone. Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:
- You contacted Airline Fare to request a cancellation and the applicable fare rules permit refunds.
- You were not a “no-show” for your booking. (In most no-show scenarios, suppliers deny any refund waivers.)
- We are able to obtain a waiver from the travel supplier (airline, hotel, etc.) that allows for the refund to be processed.
We cannot guarantee a specific timeline for refund processing. All refund requests are handled in the order they are received. Once our customer service team confirms your request, you’ll receive an acknowledgment email along with a tracking number. Please note, this is not a confirmation of refund eligibility.
After your request is logged, we will contact the travel supplier(s) involved to seek a waiver in line with their specific rules. Approval of your refund request is at the discretion of the supplier.
Airline Fare’s original booking service fees are non-refundable. Once approved, refunds may take 60–90 days to reflect on your credit card statement, depending on supplier timelines. All suppliers typically deduct a penalty before issuing any refunds.
In addition to supplier penalties, Airline Fare charges a refund processing fee ranging from $50 to $300 per ticket, per person. This processing fee is only applicable if the supplier authorizes a refund. If your refund is denied by the supplier, we will refund our processing fee, but not the original booking service fees.
PREPAID HOTEL BOOKINGS
When you make a prepaid hotel reservation through Airline Fare, you acknowledge that:
- Airline Fare negotiates discounted room rates with hotel suppliers to offer you competitive pricing.
- We charge a facilitation fee for managing your booking on top of the hotel’s rate.
- The total price you see includes the hotel’s negotiated room rate, applicable taxes, service fees, and Airline Fare’s facilitation charges.
- By submitting your booking, you authorize Airline Fare to charge your credit card for the full amount and to make arrangements with the hotel supplier on your behalf.
Taxes and Fees:
- Tax recovery charges are estimates of taxes we pay to the hotel supplier. These may include local sales tax, occupancy tax, VAT, and others.
- Hotel suppliers are solely responsible for remitting these taxes to the respective authorities.
- Airline Fare does not act as a co-vendor with hotel suppliers.
- Actual tax rates may differ depending on the time and location of your hotel stay.
Hotel Reservation Changes & Cancellations:
- You may modify or cancel your reservation, but any changes will be subject to the hotel’s rules and restrictions, including cancellation fees.
- Most hotels require notice 24 to 72 hours before check-in to avoid penalties.
- Failure to cancel in time or a no-show for the first night may result in forfeiting the entire booking.
- If you plan to arrive late (after missing the first night), you must contact us on the first night to avoid automatic cancellation.
In some cases, hotel bookings may be non-changeable or non-refundable. All customers must adhere to the terms set forth by the individual hotel.
Group Bookings:
- Online reservations are limited to 8 rooms per hotel per date.
- If more than 8 rooms are booked under separate transactions, Airline Fare may cancel the reservations and retain any non-refundable deposits.
- For 9 or more rooms, please contact our group travel desk directly.
PAY NOW OR PAY LATER OPTIONS
When booking select hotels, Airline Fare may offer you a choice between:
- Pay Now: The full booking amount will be immediately charged to your card in U.S. dollars.
- Pay Later: The hotel will charge your card in local currency upon arrival.
Be aware that taxes, service fees, and currency conversion rates may differ between the two options. Promotional coupons from Airline Fare are only valid for “Pay Now” bookings.
INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL GUIDELINES
Traveling abroad involves additional responsibilities. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with:
Travel Documents:
- It is your duty to obtain valid passports, visas, and other required documentation.
- Airline Fare does not provide legal advice or guarantee entry into any country.
- Entry denial due to lack of documentation is your responsibility and does not entitle you to a refund.
Health Requirements:
- Health regulations vary by destination. Please consult with a healthcare provider for any required or recommended vaccinations.
- You are responsible for complying with all health and vaccination requirements.
Aircraft Disinsection:
- Some countries may require aircraft disinsection (insecticide spraying) as a health precaution.
- This may involve spraying while passengers are onboard or treating the aircraft prior to boarding.
- For more details, refer to: DOT Disinsection Info

Airline Fare and its affiliated partners make no promises regarding the accuracy or reliability of these ratings. Additionally, we make no assurances about the availability of any listed travel services and reserve the right to make changes or improvements to the website at any time.

The airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers featured on the site operate independently and are not employees or agents of Airline Fare. We are not responsible for any negligence, errors, representations, or breaches committed by such third parties, nor for any resulting injuries, losses, damages, or expenses. We are not liable for cancellations, delays, overbookings, strikes, or other events beyond our control, nor for any added costs or changes due to government actions or travel interruptions.
Under no circumstances shall Airline Fare or its suppliers be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to access the site or services — including but not limited to reliance on content, software issues, linked site interactions, or virus-related problems. This applies even if Airline Fare has been informed of the potential for such damages.
If, despite these terms, Airline Fare or its partners are found liable for any loss or damage, the total liability will not exceed the greater of:
(a) the amount you paid to Airline Fare in connection with the transaction in question, or
(b) $100 USD (or equivalent in local currency).
These limits reflect the distribution of risk and will continue to apply even if any remedy fails in its essential purpose. All such liability limitations also benefit Airline Fare’s affiliated suppliers and partners.

CURRENCY CONVERTER TOOL
If you use the currency conversion feature available on the site, please note the following:
Exchange rates are derived from third-party public sources and should be treated only as rough estimates. These figures are not guaranteed to be current or accurate. Currency values are not refreshed in real time, so please check the tool for the last update date.
Airline Fare and its data providers disclaim responsibility for inaccuracies in currency rates. Before relying on these figures for financial or transactional decisions, we recommend consulting a professional. The currency conversion tool is intended for personal use only. You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or using this data for commercial purposes.
BANK AND CREDIT CARD FEES
If you’re using an international credit or debit card to make a booking through our platform, be aware that your financial institution might charge currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. These charges may cause the final billed amount to differ from the price displayed on the website at the time of booking.
Such differences can occur due to your card provider converting the transaction to your local currency using its own exchange rate, which may include a margin or fee. Some banks also categorize cross-border payments — even to U.S.-based services — as international transactions.
Airline Fare does not determine or benefit from these additional charges. If you have concerns about such fees or exchange rates, please reach out directly to your bank or card issuer before making a purchase.

COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS & REPEAT INFRINGEMENT POLICY
In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other relevant laws, Airline Fare has adopted a policy to terminate, at our sole discretion and when appropriate, the accounts of users who are identified as repeat copyright infringers. We also reserve the right to restrict access to our platform or deactivate accounts of users who infringe upon intellectual property rights, regardless of whether such infringement is repeated.
If you suspect that a user or account holder is a repeat infringer, please submit adequate documentation to help us verify the claim.
If you believe that content available on our Services violates your copyright, you may notify our designated agent at the contact provided below:

Please ensure your notification complies with the requirements outlined under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3). Be aware that knowingly submitting false or misleading claims may expose you to legal liability, including court costs and attorney fees, resulting from damages incurred due to the misrepresentation.
All copyright-related notices and counter-notices must be sent to the email listed above for prompt processing. Upon receipt of a valid notice, Airline Fare may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the content owner with the option to file a counter notice.
We recommend consulting a legal professional before submitting any copyright claims. Submitting a false complaint may result in liability for damages.
PATENT DISCLOSURES
Certain features or services available through Airline Fare may be protected by patents owned by the company or operated under license. Additional patents may be pending.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms will be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to any conflict of law principles. If a dispute arises between you and Airline Fare, we aim to offer a neutral and cost-efficient resolution method.
Before initiating formal action, we encourage you to contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the issue amicably.
Jurisdiction and Venue in California
Unless agreed otherwise in writing or governed by the arbitration clause below, all legal actions must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Vallejo, California, USA. All claims must be filed within two (2) years from the date the dispute originated.
Mandatory Arbitration
Disputes involving a total claim amount under US$10,000 will be resolved through binding arbitration via the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration will follow the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules and Consumer-Related Dispute Procedures, modified by this agreement.
- If a party requests a hearing, it will occur as described below; otherwise, arbitration may proceed by phone, online, or written submission.
- Arbitration will be conducted by an AAA-approved arbitrator in Tarrant County, Texas.
- In-person hearings (if needed) will be held at a mutually agreed location, or, if not possible, at a location selected by the arbitrator.
- Any injunctive or declaratory relief may only be granted for the individual party involved.
- Arbitration cannot be conducted as a class action or involve multiple claimants unless both parties agree.
- If this class action waiver is found unenforceable, the arbitration clause becomes null and void.
- Only a court—not the arbitrator—can decide issues regarding the validity or scope of this arbitration clause.
By agreeing to these Terms, you and Airline Fare both waive your rights to jury trials and class actions for disputes covered under this arbitration clause.
Improper Claims
Claims filed outside the scope of this section will be considered improperly filed. If you file such a claim, Airline Fare may seek reimbursement for up to $1,000 in legal fees, provided we give you prior written notice and you do not promptly withdraw the claim.
ATTORNEYS’ FEES
If we initiate legal proceedings to enforce these Terms outside of arbitration, we may recover all legal costs and attorneys’ fees incurred, in addition to other remedies granted by law or equity. You also authorize Airline Fare to charge any associated fees directly to your payment method.
INJUNCTIVE RELIEF
You acknowledge that any violation of these Terms may cause irreparable harm to Airline Fare, for which monetary compensation would be inadequate. Therefore, Airline Fare may seek injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction, without the necessity of posting a bond or proving monetary damages, to stop or prevent such violations.
We are committed to transparency and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of the travel industry, which involves third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to protect both our customers and our business partners.
Client Authorization & Consent
- We do not charge any customer until they have:
- Received a full itinerary, fare details, and terms of service;
- Reviewed and acknowledged our refund and cancellation policies;
- Provided written consent via email confirming acceptance of the itinerary, pricing, and terms;
- Completed a recorded voice confirmation call, during which verbal authorization is obtained for the payment.
Cancellation Policy
- If a customer requests cancellation after authorization:
- We will first check with the travel supplier to determine if the ticket or service is cancelable and whether any penalties apply.
- If cancellation is permitted, any refund or credit will be processed according to supplier terms.
- In cases where suppliers do not allow cancellations or issue non-refundable tickets, we are unable to offer a refund.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to our official customer service email address and are effective only upon acknowledgment by our team.
Refund Policy
- All bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the specific airline, hotel, or supplier.
- Refund eligibility is determined by the fare rules and cancellation terms set by the service providers (airlines, hotels, cruise companies, etc.).
- In the case of refundable bookings:
- We will process a refund within 7–10 business days after the supplier has confirmed eligibility.
- Service fees (if any) charged by [Your Travel Agency Name] are non-refundable once the booking has been processed.
Dispute Prevention & Transparency
- All customers receive a digital copy of the full itinerary, payment authorization terms, and this refund policy before any transaction is processed.
- Our team maintains written and recorded proof of customer authorization to ensure transparency and reduce disputes.
